I placed a very special small order and with Leillie for delivery to nearby Outrigger Reef Waikiki. The order was delivered on time but the Outrigger staff lost track of it. Aimee and Leillie helped me track it down at the resort and made sure it was delivered. Mahalo to The Orchid Lei Company for treating every order with great attention and detail. Fair prices too!

We ordered a lei for our daughter's graduation 2 weeks in advance for deliver in Idaho 2 days before the event. The Lei has not arrived as of the day of the graduation. We have received no updates or delay notifications from anyone. Very disappointed! Would not suggest for anyone looking to ship from the mainland. Shipping was more expensive than the lei.

Lee Ann is an absolute angel. About 6 months ago our daughter was getting married and had memorial chairs set up to remember loved ones she wished to honor, by having their pictures and memorial leis laid out. The day of the wedding, our daughter realized that we were missing the leis and Lee Ann pulled out all the stops to have leis made and brought in for us in a matter of hours. I know last minute specialty requests like these can be difficult, but somehow she made it happen and they were perfect. Today we picked up a bundle of Leiβs for our daughterβs graduation from UH. They were brought in fresh this afternoon and absolutely gorgeous! She has a few more left, so if you are looking for some beautiful Leiβs for your grad and near the Outrigger hotel, go grab some. You will not be disappointed. Lee Ann we appreciate you!
